The taps are metal. But the bottom of one of mine shattered while I was GENTLY stirring lemonade in it

Beautiful product

These are beautifully made, they do not leak, and I love that they came with the blue/ red set of lids as well as a silver set. Also they came with spare rubber gaskets in case it does spring a leak at some point! Great quality and super cute!

I got this drink dispenser set for parties and not only is it super cute it functions very well! The extra lids and seals are super handy! I love being able to label the drinks essily with the little chalkboard and the dual usage of the stand is a super smart design!!

Great Dispenser!

I bought these for my baby shower and I was not disappointed. I love pioneer woman products and was also impressed with the price. I opened and checked them for leaks a few weeks before my event and they worked great! Spouts were good and did not leak. Looked very nice on my counter and were easy to clean. Glad I have them for future events and parties. Highly recommend!

Buy this pitcher set!

Live the design but the pour spout is slow so you have to be a little patient. Arrived on time came with chalk boards and extra changeable lids. Love it.

I like the item but it only had one glass container in it.  Now what do I do with this item as it is missing a glass jar

I absolutely loved this setup when it arrived! The galvanized steel stand with the glass jar dispensers were exactly as I envisioned for my party and they looked as pretty as a picture when all set up when my 75  guests arrived! That when it went all downhill from there…
Each time a guest tried to turn the knob to get their drink. The entire jar turned with it. I chalked it up to being new so I asked that guests use caution when getting their drinks but after the first few drinks were poured, the spigots stopped working on both altogether! 
I ended up pouring one cocktail into a pitcher and the other I put a ladle into the jar. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT to say the least!! Especially since this was the only set I have found recently with this type of setup that I wanted. Back to square one…

Great only as a display ONLY

This item is beautiful but very poor quality of glass. The glass is so thin and the tops do not fit properly. I  screwed one of the lids on and when I picked it up the lids popped off. One of the jars was cracked during packing or shipping so when I removed it from the box it broke in half. As I said before, the glass is very thin. I  will say that the overall concept is very lovely. It's a shame the quality is not better.
